What is your opinion on relationships?

For many people, according to Bruce H. Lipton's Beliefs and Biology, relationships are the most rewarding and sometimes most challenging and painful human experience, where losses are inevitable.

Our first role model in a relationship is usually our own parents, but don't immediately blame them for the failure of your relationship. If you blame someone else for your problems, you are creating and reinforcing a victim mentality on a subconscious level. In this way, you have instilled in your subconscious that other people and other external forces are dominating you.

When a loved one is lost through separation or death, grief is generally experienced, which is even known to be beneficial, but not if it is allowed to last too long. Although it is believed that grief is not an emotion that can and should be changed, only suffering in the grief pain for a long time despite its negative impact on one's health is in fact the foundation of our life. There is probably no need to dwell on the fact that beliefs and thought patterns both create health and amplify illness. Increasingly, antidepressants are also being sought for help.

A field of research in psychoneuroimmunology has been set up to support the search for "disease resistant" traits. People with such traits tend to be in better health than others. These traits may include eagerness, alertness, sensitivity, curiosity, security, self-esteem and contentment. Healthier people also have the qualities and abilities to express anger, to release fears, to overcome losses, to forgive themselves and others, and to see the world as full of hope. These traits are supported by healthy subconscious beliefs, but if you have been told as a child, by your parents and others in authority, that your opinion and you are insignificant and your endeavours are not important, you will acquire a subconscious belief that this is the case. Often, this belief leads to burdensome fears and an unwillingness to steer your life in the direction you want.
