How to be a successful goal-setter without spending a lot of money

I'd like to share with you feedback from people who have participated in my Goal Starter training:

 

"I did the goal-setter training in a very busy time at work. Although I really enjoy an active lifestyle and doing things, I tend to get lost in the rush of work and lose focus. The tasks are so exciting that real life just gets lost in the shuffle. The workbook was structured in a very interesting way. I had to write down first my core values and then my aspirations and goals. Are the goals I had set in my mind earlier related to my core values? Exciting self-discovery! After that, I write down my thoughts and goals regularly and keep an active eye on them. I'm 100% convinced that this will help me to stay focused and achieve my goals. I recommend the training to anyone who "already knows what they want out of life"!"  


"I'll write as much as I can that this training was a super good thing, but I was in as much of a hole as I could be. Today I'm a new person and with new energy. So I would have to work through it all again. A lot of things, my brain didn't understand at all. Today I look at this training with a whole new perspective. Today I still understand how important it is to set a goal and move towards it... before I understood, but I didn't have the strength to do all these things.. All your trainings are mega good. There is no doubt about that, but it's important that you want to do something and move towards it."
