My message to the world is that you can change everything if you really want to. My life story could inspire a writer and make a great novel. It's had everything that makes life juicy. My parents still regret that I had the childhood I had. I reassure them every time that it's all okay. It's a done deal for me. I've learned so much about it, shared in my trainings, touched souls and helped fellow survivors.
I myself am a living example of how it is possible to change your life in a very big and dramatic way, and fulfil your childhood dream of a real, loving family. This would not have happened to me if I hadn't started practicing different energy work techniques. I would like to teach these techniques to others - both in trainings and in Skype sessions with clients.
Of course, I have also become a better person through marriage to my husband. Oh, it's been a growth! Or rather, I usually avoid the word 'growing' because it's not really growing, but rather a return to who I was when I was born. When we are born, we are all clean sheets of paper - until our parents and other loved ones, nurturers and other people start to mould us. Unknowingly and hoping for the best. And often, the best is not the best for us. Did you see what I meant?
I just read on a blog about a man who wants to go to Thailand with friends to get away from the family. What would I say to this man? "Go if you must!". What would I say to his wife? "Let him go, he has to!". My husband went on three week trips in January for four years (Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Peru are just a few of the countries he visited) until his visits were done, he had worked through his feelings and was ready to be 100% the head of the family and father to four children. Was it necessary? Yes! It wasn't easy for me to cope with the children and the daily routine of life for three weeks in the heart of winter in Estonia without the support of my husband (we have four children after all), but I had a wonderful husband! So - wife, read this, and husband - show this post to your wife.
In addition to my own experience, I am delighted by the overwhelming feedback from clients, which confirms once again that we really can change everything in our lives. I have a whole host of success stories from people who have got rid of migraines, made major life changes, recovered from back pain, etc. But in October, I took on another challenge myself and showed how working with your mindset and emotions can help you lose weight. Soon, when the summary of my first ten days of weight loss will be ready, I'll put the link up on this blog.
Hugs to You,
Heidi
